ABILIVE INC. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that compliance with personal information protection is a significant social responsibility.
We comply with laws and regulations related to personal information and establish and operate a personal information protection management system based on the policy set forth below.

1. Personal information shall be acquired, used, and provided solely within the scope of the purpose of use described in the "Handling of Personal Information," and shall not be used for any other purpose.
2. We will take reasonable security measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage.
   Furthermore, we will implement measures to prevent and correct leakage, loss, or damage, and continuously improve the security system regarding personal information.
3. We comply with the latest laws and regulations regarding personal information, guidelines established by the national government, and other norms.
4. We will timely and appropriately review the Personal Information Protection Management System and engage in continuous improvement activities.

Regarding the processing of personal data to which the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) applies, we shall, as a processor under the GDPR, comply with the GDPR in accordance with the instructions of the companies using the services provided by us (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") as set forth below.

1. In this Chapter, the meanings of the terms listed in the following items are as defined in the respective items.
   1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
   2. Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means.
   3. "Controller" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
   4. Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
2. We will comply with the provisions and obligations set forth in the GDPR and related laws regarding the processing of personal data. We will process personal data solely based on documented instructions from the customer.
3. When our company processes personal data, we will comply with the obligations set forth in each of the following items pursuant to Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the GDPR.
   1. We shall impose a confidentiality obligation on employees authorized to process personal data.
   2. If we use another processor, we will obtain your prior written permission and impose upon that processor obligations equivalent to those we owe to you.
   3. We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data as prescribed in Article 32 of the GDPR. The specific details of such measures shall be stipulated in our Personal Information Protection Manual.
   4. After the provision of services to the customer has ended, all personal data will be returned or deleted in accordance with the customer's choice.
   5. As a processor, we will provide the necessary assistance to help the customer fulfill their obligations as a controller.

This policy will be made publicly available and communicated to all employees to promote education and awareness among each individual, thereby enhancing awareness of personal information protection.
